Users are getting BANNED-And fixed Glitches

First off, if that quote was irrelevant, there was no point to posting that, even if it's to prove that Nintendo could do that. Why don't you just find a post about Nintendo threatening to ban online hackers to prove that homebrew was illegal? Or why didn't you just get a quote from those Wii warnings about illegal modification as opposed to getting some jumbled up text that causes so many contradictions.

On another note, I meant to say that I don't believe nintendo's bannings won't change anything. Firmware's aren't the only things that get updated, yknow. Also, installing homebrew is illegal. You're saying that as long as it's offline, it's safe? What if someone burns an ISO of a game? They're technically not in an online game cheating or anything, but it's still illegal. >_> Yes it does void your warranty if you install it, because they are not responsible for any damage caused by your own purposeful actions (since you installed the homebrew with your own will, and they must presume that the damage done to your wii is from this illegal installation. They warned you).

Cheating on an online game is just the easiest way to get caught, not the only thing that's illegal about homebrew.

Well to get back on topic, I was playing today and i said please don't give me the "spawn in glitch" and i said oh sweet it didn't happen, but it did. I was in the center of the map, no one could see me and i saw all the gun fire on half the map. so i had the wlod but was in the center of the map, not under it........

Actually, having Homebrew Channel is not illegal. Some programs running for it are.

Do you know what programs are? I know emulators and roms are an immediate no no, but i'm not sure about the others.

Installing channels through methods other than the ways that are handed to you by Nintendo should be illegal. If not, it at least voids your warranty once you tamper with the system (which they refer to as illegal).

Very True, and i just listened to ign's voice chat and they had a little bit about high voltage trying to get with nintendo for an update.
